You can permanently delete a meeting and everything Daisy stored for it. This is the right choice when you want a meeting gone entirely, not just its audio.

Delete a meeting

1. Open the meeting you want to remove.
2. Open the meeting's action menu.
3. Select Delete recording….
4. Type DELETE to confirm, then select Delete.

This permanently removes the audio, transcript, summary, notes, tags, and search index entry for that meeting.

Good to know: Deleting a meeting can't be undone. There is no trash or recovery step — once confirmed, the data is gone from your profile folder.

Keeping the text but removing the audio

If you only want to free up disk space and keep the transcript, summary, and notes, don't delete the meeting. Instead, compress or clear the raw audio from Settings → Recordings. See "Managing recordings and storage" for the steps.
