Tags and per-tag summary styles

Tags label your meetings so you can group and filter them, and each tag can carry an optional prompt that shapes how its meetings are summarized.

Create a tag

  1. Open Settings and select the Tags section.
  2. Click + New tag.
  3. Enter a Display name and pick a Color. A live Preview shows how the tag chip will look.
  4. Optionally add a Summary prompt to steer summaries for meetings with this tag, for example "always pull out next steps" or naming conventions to follow.
  5. Click Save.

Each tag in the list shows how many sessions use it and whether it has a prompt.

Attach tags to meetings

Open a meeting and use the tag combobox to pick an existing tag or create a new one. Attached tags appear as chips on the meeting; remove one by clicking its remove control on the chip.

Filter the Library by tag

In the Library, the filter bar shows the tags currently in use. Click one or more tags to show only meetings carrying them, and click clear to remove the filter.

Delete a tag

In Settings → Tags, select the tag and click Delete tag. If no meetings use it, it is removed right away. If meetings still reference it, Daisy offers Detach & delete, which removes the tag from those meetings and then deletes it. Deleting a tag cannot be undone.

Good to know

  • A tag's Summary prompt is added when a meeting is summarized, so it can guide wording and emphasis. It cannot override Daisy's core summary structure.
  • A meeting can carry more than one tag.
