Your free trial

Every install of Daisy starts with a 30-day free trial — the full app, no credit card, no account. Your recordings and transcripts always stay on your own machine, trial or not.

First run

The first time you open Daisy, it shows a Terms & Privacy screen with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Tick I have read and agree… and select I agree — continue to start using the app.

During the trial

A banner across the top shows how many days are left, with an Activate license shortcut that jumps to Settings when you're ready to buy.

The trial unlocks everything — recording, transcription, speaker identification, summaries, search, coaching. Try it all before you decide.

When the trial ends

Daisy stops recording new meetings and shows a screen where you can paste a license key to continue.

Good to know: ending the trial never touches your data. Every recording, transcript, summary, and note you've already made stays in your profile folder. Buy a license and recording switches right back on — see Licensing.
